What this list is
To deliver the website and the platform we rely on providers that process personal data on our behalf and on our instructions. They are processors within the meaning of art. 9 of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, in relation to the data our customers entrust to us, sub-processors.
This page is the up-to-date list referred to in section 4 of the Privacy Policy. Each provider is bound by a contract that limits processing to the purposes stated here, prohibits any use of the data for its own purposes and requires appropriate security measures.

Disclosure of data abroad
Platform data and its backups are stored in Switzerland. Where the table indicates a different place of processing, the disclosure takes place to countries recognised by the Federal Council as providing adequate protection or, failing that, on the basis of appropriate safeguards under art. 16 para. 2 FADP, in particular standard contractual clauses. The conditions are described in section 5 of the Privacy Policy.
Who does not appear on this list
The following are not processors and therefore do not appear here:
- the advisers we work with — trustees, lawyers, auditors — who process the data as independent controllers and are bound by professional secrecy;
- the banks that execute collections and payments;
- judicial and administrative authorities, to which we disclose data only where required by law or necessary to assert our rights.
Updates to this list
We update this page whenever a provider is added, replaced or removed. The applicable version is the one published here, bearing the date shown above. We notify customers of any material changes.
